  • I have purchased a content package, what happens next?

    Once you have selected your package, you will be prompted to complete our information form. This includes supplying us with relevant keywords for your business as well as the blog topics you want covered.

  • I don't know what blog topics are best.

    No worries at all - we can help you with that! Simply visit our products page and select our Starter Pack. This includes 24 potential blog topics for you to select from (as well as 20 relevant keywords for your specific business and industry). Just let us know which blog topics you want us to write on - add any that you want to the list!

  • When will I receive my first blog?

    700 words of professional written copy will be delivered within 48 hours of receiving your information form and topic brief. Second and/or third blogs will be delivered 2-weeks later depending on what content package you have signed up for. Your account will be direct debited at the start of each month. You can cancel at anytime.

  • What is involved in the proofing process?

    Based off the keywords and blog topics you provide, our team of writers will create 600 words of professionally edited copy. All blog posts are reviewed and edited by a qualified journalist. Just think of us as your freelance content partner!

  • I don't know the best keywords for my business.

  • Can I change my package?

    For sure! You can change the number of blog posts you receive each month simply by selecting a different package in the Customer Portal (see website footer). You can also cancel your subscription at any time. Packages must be cancelled or changed before the end of each month.

  • Can I review the blog copy?

    Yes! Each blog post comes with 1 round of changes to ensure that you are happy with the final product. You will also receive the contact details of your account manager to ensure that you have a direct contact.

    If not specified, all blog posts will be written with an Australian audience in mind. Should you require copy specific to an international audience, please reach out to our team for a bespoke package.
